ToursRed makes available to users its corporate website for the purpose of offering tourist information, facilitating contact with agencies, wholesalers and tourist service providers, as well as providing commercial and technological intermediation services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Access, navigation or use of the website implies express and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
If the User does not agree with any of the terms established herein, they must refrain from using the site.
3. Purpose of the Website
ToursRed has developed its website as a corporate and informational platform intended to:
- Present its services and strategic alliances.
- Facilitate quotes and requests for tourist information.
- Connect travelers with agencies, wholesalers and independent providers.
- Offer complementary services such as itinerary planning, travel insurance and agency consulting.
4. Nature of Service (Intermediation)
ToursRed acts exclusively as a technological and commercial intermediary.
Unless expressly stated, ToursRed does not organize, operate or directly execute tourist services published or promoted through the site.
Tours, trips, transfers, accommodations, insurance and other services are provided directly by independent third parties (hereinafter, the "Providers").
The tourist service contract is entered into directly between the User and the corresponding Provider.
ToursRed is limited to facilitating contact, channeling requests, and where applicable, commercially intermediating.
5. Site Users
The site may be used by individuals or legal entities interested in tourist services or in collaborating with ToursRed.
The User agrees to provide truthful, complete and updated information, and to use the site lawfully.
The following is prohibited:
- Identity impersonation.
- Providing false information.
- Using the site for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
ToursRed reserves the right to restrict access to Users who breach these conditions.
6. Currently Available Services
At this corporate stage, ToursRed mainly offers:
- Tourist information.
- Personalized quotes.
- References to trips operated by third parties.
- Service sales through strategic partners.
- Itinerary planning.
- Travel insurance through external providers.
- Professional services for agencies (consulting, design and support).
The direct booking platform is under development.
7. Third-Party Services
All tourist services are the direct responsibility of the Provider.
ToursRed does not guarantee availability, quality, results, or fulfillment of the contracted service.
Any claim related to service execution must be made directly with the Provider.
8. Reservations, Payments and Billing
When applicable, payments may be made directly to the Provider or through external platforms.
ToursRed may receive commissions for referrals or intermediation.
Payment, billing, cancellation and refund policies will depend on each Provider.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Each service has its own policies established by the Provider.
ToursRed may assist as a liaison, but is not responsible for the approval or rejection of cancellations.
10. Exclusion of Liability
ToursRed shall not be liable for:
- Accidents, injuries or personal damages.
- Loss or theft of personal belongings.
- Itinerary changes.
- Weather conditions.
- Provider non-compliance.
- User lack of punctuality.
- Quality of contracted service.
- Indirect damages, loss of profits or economic losses.
The User accepts that any claim must be directed to the corresponding Provider.
11. Force Majeure
ToursRed shall not be liable for total or partial non-compliance with its obligations when such non-compliance is a consequence of force majeure causes, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, labor disputes, public service failures, telecommunications interruptions, government acts or any event beyond its reasonable control.
12. Limitation of Liability
In any case, and even if any liability of ToursRed were determined, it shall be strictly limited to the amount actually paid directly to ToursRed by the User for intermediation services, excluding any other type of damage or compensation.
13. User Conduct
The User agrees to use the site in accordance with the law, morals and good faith.
ToursRed may suspend or cancel site access when it detects improper use.
14. User-Generated Content
Opinions, comments or content submitted by Users may be used by ToursRed for informational or promotional purposes.
The User grants ToursRed a free, indefinite and territorially unlimited license for its use.
15. Intellectual Property
All site content, including texts, images, logos and design, is the property of ToursRed or its respective owners.
Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.
16. Personal Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the site, in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

19. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Mexican laws.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of ToursRed's fiscal domicile.
